ANNOUNCEMENTS
USSAAC Speaker Connection Video Contest
USSAAC is seeking creative individuals or teams to create a short video (under 2 minutes) to promote USSAAC’s Speaker Connection (https://speaker.ussaac.org). 
The contest will run from July 1 – August 30, 2022. The winning individual/team will receive $500! For Video Contest Rules  Click Here.
USSAAC Mini-Grant Program
USSAAC's Development Committee announced a new mini-grant program that will be open to individuals and non-profits with projects designed to expand/broaden/amplify AAC voices in new ways, so they can be “heard and understood” across the United States. Projects will need to be submitted by USSAAC members and include people who use AAC. Proposals of $400-$4,000 will be accepted starting in July 2022. Information on specific requirements to be released soon. Send inquiries to speakerconnection@ussaac.org.

AAC Speaker Connection
USSAAC’s AAC Speaker Connection is a web-based portal enabling businesses, schools, organizations, and other entities to find and engage individuals who use AAC as invited speakers for their classroom, organization, clinic, workshop, conference, or other events. AAC Speaker Connection launched January 2022 has grown to over 20 speakers.
