ADMINISTRATION FOR COMMUNITY LIVING: Survey on COVID-19 Pandemic Experiences of Americans with Disabilities

The University of Kansas Institute for Health & Disability Policy Studies (funded by ACL's NIDILRR) is looking for adults with disabilities to complete the National Survey on Health and Disability (NSHD).
The NSHD is an annual, online survey about health, quality of life, access to health care services, and the COVID-19 pandemic, concerning people with disabilities or health conditions.
- Adults 18 and over with any type of disability, chronic illness/disease, mental or physical health condition are encouraged to complete the survey.
- The survey should take about 20 minutes to complete.
- Responses are anonymous.
The NSHD especially needs individuals who identify as men to participate in the survey. This is a multi-year survey conducted since 2018 and previous respondents are encouraged to participate.
Participants may also complete the survey by phone. Participants will have a chance to win one of ten $100 gift cards. The survey closes September 2nd.

SOUTHEAST ADA CENTER: Southwest ADA Center Seeks Participants for Employment Wellness Program Survey

Are you a person with a disability, ages 18 and up, working for an employer in the United States? If so, the Southwest ADA Center would like to hear from you. Many employers today offer programs and activities designed to improve the health and wellness of their employees. We would like to learn about the wellness programs that your employer offers and your experiences with them. Participant information will be kept anonymous. The League of Women Voters is conducting a Voter Experience survey to hear from voters about their experience in the April 5th election.
Please complete the survey and be sure to share any concerns about how the new restrictions on ballot return assistance and on drop boxes affected your voting rights. If you were not able to vote April 5th because of these restrictions, be sure to complete the survey. Survey results will be used to support the need for improvements in policy and accessibility.

WISCONSIN BOARD FOR PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES: Annual Self-Advocate Survey

Each year, the Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD) does an annual survey for self-advocates and family members who have participated in a BPDD project. They want to know what you think of our projects!
If you participated in a project this year, please take a couple of minutes to complete this short survey. Your feedback helps us understand how their projects impact people’s lives, and they share this information directly with their funders.

Survey results will be used to help create a free downloadable toolkit to promote the development of respite programs that engage students as respite providers.

ADMINISTRATION FOR COMMUNITY LIVING: National Survey: Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed Care

The Center on Aging and Trauma of The Jewish Federations of North America’s Holocaust Survivor Initiative, invites organizations to participate in a national survey on Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed (PCTI) Care. This ACL grantee is working to build the capacity of aging service providers to provide PCTI care to older adults with a history of trauma as well as their family caregivers. They are conducting this survey to collect information on the current capacity of organizations to provide this type of care.
Responses are anonymous. Only one survey should be submitted by an organization. Respondents are strongly encouraged to coordinate with colleagues to reduce multiple responses from a single organization. Only U.S. organizations should participate.
