T-Mobile Survey regarding How People with Visual Disabilities access Television

T-Mobile is developing a new television service and has begun to implement accessibility features for the individuals with visual disabilities. They are interested in understanding how people with a visual impairment access television. The questions relate to finding out what this population likes and dislikes about currently available accessibility features. What features are most critical to them while accessing television? What improvements would they like to see? What features are perfect as is?
They are in search of respondents who are over 18 and have a visual disability such as low vision, or are blind, regardless of if they currently watch television or use accessibility features.
Those who complete the 15 min survey will receive an electronic $15 Amazon Gift Card for their time.

The National Center for Mobility Management (NCMM) is seeking input from state and local stakeholders to inform the future of transportation coordination. Your feedback will help to shape the Coordinating Council on Access and Mobility (CCAM) federal interagency work group plan and focus areas by identifying promising practices, barriers, and challenges around coordinated transportation.
Transportation is consistently identified as a top concern for older adults and people with disabilities. Survival Coalition wants to hear how your transportation options—or lack of options—impact your life.

New Wisconsin Employer Survey on Employees & Caregiving
The Wisconsin Women’s Council (appointed by the Governor and the State Legislature) in partnership with the Wisconsin Family and Caregiver Support Alliance is looking for employers of all sizes to participate in a first annual survey on caregiving. We seek to better understand the challenges employers experience as they address the needs of employees with caregiving responsibilities. The intent of this survey is to improve information and other resources available to Wisconsin employers as they supportcaregivers on the job.

The Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA) Standards Committee on Air Travel is looking for input and concerns from the disability, veterans and caregiver communities regarding the problems with air travel for passengers with disabilities in order to set revised and updated standards for wheelchair handling, labeling, storage, airline and airline contractor training.

Alternatives to Guardianship Survey: How can we support people with disabilities to have more choice over their lives?

The Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD) was established to advocate on behalf of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, foster welcoming and inclusive communities, and improve the disability service system. The Board is interested in learning more about the use of guardianship and supported decision making for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Wisconsin. This survey is intended to gather information from a variety of stakeholders about their knowledge of and experience(s) with Wisconsin's adult guardianship system and children transitioning into adulthood to assist BPDD in better understanding which issues should be prioritized for short-term and long-term planning and action. All responses and/or personal information provided will remain confidential. The survey should take 12-14 minutes to complete. Thanks you for your assistance with this important project.
