The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) is renewing the Family Care and Family Care Partnership waivers. We want to use this opportunity to make the programs the best they can be. To do this, we need your input. Along with our online input survey, DHS is hosting two online input sessions later this month.

During the input sessions, you:

• Will learn about the waiver renewal
• Can choose to share your ideas for improving the programs
• Can learn how to get involved in the process
