Survival Coalition is interested in talking with of families of school age children who have a disability and an IEP (Individualized Education Plan).

• How have you and your child been impacted by school closings this spring?
• What are your concerns as you think about school starting in the fall?

Information will be used to help Survival advocate for students with disabilities with the Department of Public Instruction in preparation for fall school openings.
