The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) invites you to its next public forum about electronic visit verification (EVV) on March 11, 2020, 1–3 p.m.
At the forum, DHS will provide an update on the implementation of EVV in Wisconsin, including new information on training, program design decisions, and next steps. This will be followed by a Q&A segment, allowing for questions from in-person and livestream attendees.

Greenfield Ave.West Allis, Wisconsin Attend through livestreamThe session will be broadcasted live using livestream for those not attending in person. You can email us questions before, during, and after the forum. Note: The livestream link will be available on the EVV forum webpage a week before the event. You will be able to access the forum about 15 minutes before it starts. Register to attendIf you are planning to attend, either in person or through livestream, please complete the registration form. Request language assistancePrinted copies of the presentation will be available at the forum in English, Spanish, and Hmong. Additionally, open caption will be available for all attendees. To request a sign language interpreter or other assistance, please complete the assistance request section of the registration form. After the forum, presentation materials and the recording will be available on the EVV forum webpage. An email message will be sent to those who have signed up for the DHS EVV listserv indicating the webpage has been updated.
