If you receive forward Health (Medicaid) and also receive SSI you must enroll in an SSI HMO for your health care services. If you do not choose an SSI HMO, one will be chosen for you. Because of this change WI Department of Health Services is holding an informational meeting in Green Bay to help people better understand the change.
