ART, ABILITY, ACCESS and ENTERPRISE SUMMIT

Do you know someone with a disability seeking to establish a small business or micro-enterprise with an emphasis on the arts? This open summit will provide access to how-to information and resources on establishing small businesses or micro-enterprises. Providers can take away a variety of techniques to assist in the process.
Participants will learn practical knowledge and useful methods to start and market their business, including:
- Micro-enterprise Basics
- Bookkeeping Basics
- Copyright and the Arts
- Social Media Marketing
- Marketing on a Shoestring
The day is comprised of six workshops and a keynote address. Each workshop will last one hour with a lunch break in the middle of the day. Attendees can bring a lunch, or eat at one of the many options in downtown Madison.
This is an activity of the Sparks Grants, through the BPDD and is supported by the InControl Wisconsin.
