Are you concerned about the upcoming changes to Wisconsin’s Long-Term Care System? Join us for information regarding upcoming changes to Long Term Care (Family Care and IRIS) as Wisconsin plans for a new Long-Term Care system. This will affect the lives of people with disabilities, older adults, their families, care providers and provider agencies.
Presenter: Lynn Breedlove is one of the Co-Chairs of the Wisconsin Long-Term Care Coalition. He was previously the Executive Director of Disability Rights Wisconsin and a Co-Chair of the Wisconsin Survival Coalition of Wisconsin Disability Organizations.
*Presentation will be from 3:00pm to 3:55pm followed by audience questions and discussion until 4:30 pm. The first 30 attendees will receive a free copy of the (36 page) blueprint.
