What Matters to Me: Survey of People with Disabilities is a short survey that can be completed online or with a hard copy. The survey asks how issues like employment, transportation, and housing affect the lives of people with disabilities in Wisconsin. The answers provided will be used to create educational materials that people with disabilities can share with legislators as they develop the next state budget.
