Join us for the inaugural presentation of the Dan Johnson Advocacy Award. Doug Nelson, former president and CEO of the Annie E. Casey Foundation, now retired, and good friends with Dan, will act as emcee for the event. Nelson and Dan met during his time as the deputy secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Health and Social Services. Other honored guests will include Dan's wife, Kathy Johnson, and his children.
There will be light fare and a cash bar available prior to the ceremony. The formal presentation will begin at 5:30 p.m. and will be followed by a reception.
