Join a Community Conversation about Changes to Medicaid in Wisconsin
The Oshkosh and Fox Cities community are hosting an important conversation on June 22 about proposed changes to Medicaid that could cut Medicaid funding in Wisconsin by $1 billion over the next 10 years. (Please share thes event flyer – Join A Community Conversation in Oshkosh June 22 Flyer )
Whether as a taxpayer, a citizen, a family member or a business owner, proposed Medicaid changes will most likely have a critical impact on you. Medicaid covers many people with disabilities and seniors in our community. It also supports businesses and our local economy.
Medicaid funds programming like Family Care*; IRIS*; speech, occupational and physical therapies in our schools*; autism services*; nursing homes; personal care*; mental health programs*; long-term supports for children with significant disabilities* and more. (*optional services that may be cut.)
