I work with someone with severe autism who would is ready to move out of her parent's home. The options that are available are traditionally AFH and CBRF homes. However, I have recently heard of agencies that are created specifically to support individuals in supported apartments. This would likely be a better fit for this young lady; since there would be more individualized attention. Which agencies in the Waukesha county area support this philosophy of caregiving? More specifically, which agencies that support this type of philosophy work with individuals with severe autism?
