The session will feature Sharon Rennert, Senior Attorney Advisor, ADA/Gina Division Office of Legal Counsel, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Session Description:
Employee leave under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) continues to be confusing for both employees and employers. Join us for this session as our speaker explains the ADA requirements when it comes to leave, both as an employee benefit and as a reasonable accommodation, and how these requirements fit with the requirement to grant medical leave to employees under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Following the presentation participants will have an opportunity to ask questions of the speakers
