Join a Discussion

Starting Discussions

Discussions are a great place to ask questions. To start a discussion, click on the +ADD button on the Discussion page.  Then just fill out the form.  

• Title:  Add a short & sweet title that clearly tells people what the topic is.  Putting a question in the subject is a good idea if you want people to respond.

• Keep it short: The post doesn't need to be long (in fact, shorter discussions are often more likely to get responses from other people).  

• Ask a question: Remember to ask your question near the beginning of your post so that people know what you are interested in.

• Format? You can format the post using the formatting bar or just leave it alone.  We can fix anything that comes out looking funny. 

• Keep it simple: You don't need to worry about the URL, the category or the tags.  We'll add those for you. 

• Share on Facebook: If you use Facebook, click on the Share on Facebook before you save your post.  

• Add the Discussion: Remember to click on the green box at the bottom of the form that says Add Discussion when you have your post the way you want it.
