Ms. Schneider joined RCAW on February 6, 2017, and comes to the organization with 20+ years of experience with the non-profit industry, and with particular expertise in housing, long term care, and respite.
She is an accomplished executive with demonstrated ability to deliver mission-critical results. Skilled at creating strategic alliances with organizations and community leaders to effectively align with and support key community and organizational needs and initiatives. Results oriented leader with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Lisa is a highly-engaged community member, and is an active advocate for numerous public causes. As the mother of a daughter with Angelman Syndrome, Ms. Schneider has first- hand knowledge of the need and importance of qualified respite care.
